The deadline for the submission of abstracts for oral presentations has been reached. However, if you would like to submit an abstract for a poster presentation you can still contact dodynet-manager@uclouvain.be before 11 April 2022.
If you would like to attend the conference without presenting a paper or a poster, registrations are still open until 11 April 2022 (no more accommodation possible at the venue).

Registrations before : 11 April 2022
Deadline for request for accommodation booking at the venue of the conference: 7 March 2022

Procedure to submit a presentation/poster
To submit a poster or an oral presentation, please use the following Template_Abstract_DoDyNet_conference May 2022.
Please send the completed template by email to Christine Hambursin : dodynet-manager@uclouvain.be
Specify in the email if you are submitting a communication for a poster presentation or an oral presentation.
Notifications to authors following their abstract submissions will be made by 3 March 2022.
The registration fee to the conference is 260€ and includes the welcome reception, coffee breaks, midday lunch and conference dinner.
To register, please fill in the form in the "subscription" section of this website. The registrations are open until 11 April 2022.
Registration fees are due before the 25 March 2022.
