Declaration of conformity

Responsible: Scientist in charge.

When: Within 20 days of researcher start date

How: The form is completed and submitted via the EC Participant Portal. Once logged in, find the DoDyNet project, click on « Reporting and Deliverables » (the purple button). Then click on « documents » in the left hand menu. Select your institution and click on « create new document ».

Fill in the form. Once the form is completed, you can click on « verify » at the top of the page to check that all information is correct. Clicking on « submit » will submit the declaration to the European Commission (no signature is required). You also have the option to « save » the declaration and complete it at a later date.

You can add attachments such as CV, employment contract, proof of marital status of the researcher to the declaration if you wish, however this is not obligatory.

Once the declaration has been submitted to the European Commission (click on « submit« ), make sure you print a copy of the declaration. This copy should be signed by you and the hired researcher, and kept for your records.
